Sorry, that sounds kind of accusing but I'm asking this because of an answer that I got from a previous question: http://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Aq_muAdnP.6kGCEpJjKkBTkgBgx.?qid=20060830165335AAwOmss
I'm going to England for a year and am very excited about it. It has always fascinated me. So, I've been asking questions to find out as much as possible before I go. But, one answerer said that I'd be fine as long as I don't go up and say "Hi, how are you" or "Good morning" or anything like that because people usually don't talk to each other unless they are in their group. Is this true? If so, how am I suppose to make friends?
Sorry again if this question sounds rude because its not meant to be. Thank you for your answers!
