You cannot run away from yourself no matter how hard you try. Whatever you are going through talk to someone and face your problems so you won't have to run from yourself.If it's personal and you can't talk with someone deal with it so you can be happy again.Stop running.

Do something completely out of the ordinary from what you npormally do. If you're a shy person or not very social, go be a camp counselor. Do something where you have to be involved a lot and don't have anytime for yourself. have the "I just have to do it" kind of outlook
