because when you have male to male sex I E anal sex the tissue in the intestine is easly broken causing bleeding, if the man is to ejaculate while up there and he has aids, it is a sucsessful transfer. While unjustfully called Gay cancer, it got its nickname for a reason.
please not at blood donors they dont ask if you are gay, they ask have you had sex with another man.
also Zariza Burgu...- these people that you listed, the promiscuis ones, they are prevented as well.

Hello!! :o) It is the responsibility of those accepting donations of blood to be as cautious as they possibly can be. I therefore have no problem with their unwillingness to accept donations from men who have engaged in either oral or anal sex [even with a condom] with another man. And this is coming from a gay male. This isn't about what's 'fair'. It's about trying to play the odds in the favour of having the safest blood possible. Craig!! :o)

Many gay men are monogamous
The high risk people who should not donate blood are the PROMISCUOUS, straight or gay, anal sex or straight sex.
