Often when I read an answer from someone that isn't American about Americans it's so hateful. I just wondered if you feel as hateful about anyone else. Or is it only us? I mean I don't like being hated but...I guess I am.

I can tell you what I have done for PEOPLE. I have created a G.E.D program for inner city youth who have had troubled lives. I have created programs which find employment for out of work, hungry people and children. I have created tutoring programs for children with dislexia and other learning disabilities. I started a new job last week in an accounting firm. I was introduced to senior managers and partners, who I have dubbed in my mind "window people" because their offices have windows.
I was not introduced to anyone else, "cubicle people" for example. I have an interior office-no window.

WhenI introduced myself to the few people I met in the hallways, they said "nice to meet you" and hurried off before telling me their names. I feel a ghost in this eerie place. There are very few people around.

What would you do if you were me, if anything?

several years ago I was dating a young man. I was only 19 as was he. I was extremely jealous of him and caught him talking to a girl at a ball game. I know very juvenile. I questioned him about the night after and called the girl a bl*** b****. This was very racist. Well his friend overheard me and it happened to be his cousin I was talking about. I said this in a very angry mood and did not mean it. Well he told another girl that I called her and all her othr friends this name so I could reap what I had sewn. 6 years later one of the girls still hates me. I was questioned by other girls and they beleived I did not say it. She does not beleive me. I saw her a year ago. She looked at me as if she wanted to kill me. She was telling the girl next to her something and her mouth dropped open. I'm sure it was the story of me calling her that name. My ex (then my boyfriend) told me not to worry about it. she said that because she said the 'White' race is the major superior race. I thought it was if you dislike another race(regardless of your own race) you were racist. i think she was wrong do you. do you also find it wrong that she called the 'White' race superior above all others. For those who don't live in TX, California, N.M., Arizona, etc. really can't understand--but trust me, you will one day. At my job, at school, at the grocery store (especially the grocery store)--I'm literally one of the few white people. Now, I am not saying that Mexicans are "bad" per se, but sometimes I do feel a bit like a fish out of water--and I just can't comprehend how I am not considered a minority?! I'm not the biggest fan of labels or anything, but, if we are going to label, perhaps it should be regional? What do you think?
