A lot depends on the type of job you are looking for, but you can apply at several temp agencies. They often have temp to perm jobs that give you an in that you may not through other types of positions. Also, check the newspaper, websites like moster.com and hotjobs.com, and don't forget the unemployment office. They almost always have a huge listing of job openings in the area.

there's a lot of job waiting 4 u. surf the internet, read classified adds...you can find a good job and suited to you only if you have the qualification on the specific job that you want.

define "good job" is it something that interests you? or one that pays a lot of money? or one that is in a good location? or one that shares the values that you have?

think about these questions and add to the list. then scout out a job that has some of these traits. thats what i did!
