In a sense of race/ethnicity. Lets also say this is only focusing on the united states.

Multi-ethnicity is the ONLY way to go! More to learn, more to enjoy and more to experience.

It's unlikely. People are aware and proud of their ethnic backgrounds. Though more inter-racial marriages have helped to break down a lot of mistrust and prejudice, it still exists.
Rather than one homogenous society with a single culture (whose?), why not celebrate multi-culturalism and see some differences as strengths.
This can apply to many countries in the world, not just the US.

Do we like single shaped and colored cows , dogs,birds etc and single colored and shaped flowers ? Why should we have same looking men all over the world ? This will be monotonous and ultimately ugly to look at .

why would you want to? homogenous is good for kool-aid or mashed potatoes, but not people.
