I LIVE for my three hour bubble baths - and books are always a part of that. My ice cold drink and refill stuff, my current book, a wash cloth over the edge of the tub to dry my hand before I turn the page, the phone nearby, and anything else I might think I'll need or want.

My bathtub is a 110 gallon oval, and I can sit cross-legged in the middle and SPIN! LOL. Pure heaven when it's filled with bubbles, me, and a good book! The whole idea is alone time, and there is no more perfect scenario! Music is fine if you intend to only soak for a short time, but wouldn't work for me in a three hour soak.

I rather listening to music in the bath - A book would be ok only it takes away from the relaxation as you have to be careful to keep your hands and the book dry

If my boyfriend is not around I find the most relaxing thing in the bath is to read a good book and have the radio on but not loud enough to distract from the book. also sometimes I add candles to the mix if I've had a really bad day....

I always read in the bath - books usually but magazines when I'm feeling clumsy. If I listen to music, I always end up having to get out the bath and skip songs I don't like.

Yes,

I love reading in the bath. Having a nice hot bath is the most relaxing and peacefull thing you can do so it's an ideal time to read.

I used to do it all the time until.the dreaded moment that the book fell out of my hand..yes splash! No more books in the bath for me, anyway I really can't be bothered to lay in the bath these days, much prefer a shower.

I haven't tried reading in the shower yet, but there's always a first time.

I'd probably drop the book in the bath. I've never tried it. I wouldn't have time to read it anyway - I'd rather just get the bath over and done with.

I prefer listening to music in the bath too. :)

I listen to music rather than read in the bath, mainly because I have a tendancy to drop things.
But I find music more relaxing anyway, your brain doesn't have to work as hard.

Shoot, if I'm going to have a bath, that means I'm pampering my self....which means, candle light, bubbles, music and yes, a book. The door gets locked and I mght bring in a glass of wine, too. I shower all the time, but a bath means me time....which I rarely get.
