Now that it is more popular to hate on Hispanics and Muslims.

I guess what I am asking is there less racism/discrimination directed at you? Or is it just incremental racism/discrimination that is being directed at Hispanics and Muslims and no difference in the attitude towards African Americans?

I work as a concierge. I see this everyday. Kids with no rearing in manners and just being polite. It seems that the goal of the parent is to coddle the child, not to be responsible for their own actions. I think the child loses out in becoming a responsible and mature member of society. I have a teacher friend and she says that it's absolutely out of control.

Why is it a felony to drop off a litter of kittens and leave them at a vet's office......but ok to drop off a human baby at a police station or a fire station??!!?? There are safe haven laws for human baby. So why would a town spend money and time trying to find someone and arrest them for dropping off a litter of kittens????!!!That is better than drowning them ....don't you think?? Some people have their priorities screwed up.

Why do celebrites think that just becuase they are famous we care about how the feel on issues? Have you seen yahoo! with cindy crawford? Cindy wants to hear from you on cancer! Great. Heres a statement for you Cindy...shut up. The only thing I care about her is when I get to see her naked. That goes for all of them. Note....I'm talking about me, but I'm not planing on having sex with my boyfriend, because the both of us were raised better...so you don't need to worry about answering honestly. I just wondered, because I know a lot of girls my age have had sex with guys they've only been going out with for a month or so, and then they break up. I also know that this school yeah might just suck because people are definatly goiung to think I've had sex with my boyfriend, when really all we've done is make-out, and that only happend once...but I undestand if people saw us together outside of school and church with no parents around why they would think like that....but still...I really just want to know what you think...

Nothing to do with big corporations or anything, just in general. ALthough I have been poor all my life, I have little tolerance for poor people in general. It is not true that poor people are happier and nicer than the rich. I have met some really nice rich people and some nasty ones and again I have met some really bad poor people. I would rather be around the rich in general although I am not rich because I share more of thier values, protestant, conservative republicand, would rather spend the tax money on trees than welfare families, etc. People always talk against the rich and praise the poor , but the poor that I have met aren't that nice. Being poor doens't make a person good and being rich doesn't make a person bad. The rich pay for most of the programs that the poor benefit from. So what is so wonderful about being poor or being around the poor?

see some people hate them and some people dont care. my friend is like that and she is really nice but the black ppl at our school dont like her they say its causes she thinks shes to good to be black. so yeah what do you fell about it.

We live in a fairly commercial area in a student infested town the UK. Our house is surrounded by shops, a market, banks etc. The entrance to our house is via an alley which also leads on to the Thames. Our door is a non-descript rusty metal door. The house is located above a bank and it's not that obvious that people live there (and we kind of like to keep it this way).
The problem is that our alley, and in particular our door seem like the obvious place to urinate in the mind of the average young british bloke. And they do that quite often. It's becoming quite a nuisance.
We thought of using a web cam and publish their photos on the web, but that could just lead to more people coming to piss at our door for their 15 microseconds of fame. We also heard of special sprays that are used to prevent dogs from urinating but we don't know much about that.

How can we prevent people from urinating on our door?

Any thoughts? Our door suffers, please help
