I completely agree. I like to come on here to ask serious day to day questions and get answers from reasonable, mature adults. However, it seems to be loaded with ridiculous homework questions! To top it off, most of the homework questions dont even provide enough information to be answered! This just goes to show how ignorant some people are. I'm done with my rant... :)

Most definately, they dont even try to hide it. They just get straight to the point, like: Whats 5/6 + 1 1/4?
For cryin out loud kids, actually DO your homework and learn something! Yahoo! Answers wont be so kind to you in college or in the "real" world!

Maybe kids are asking questions to their homework because their teachers didn't teach them properly. I am in college and ask questions because my TA doesn't speak English and I have no idea what is going on. So maybe you shouldn't blame the kids, maybe you should be happy that they are doing their homework at all and trying to figure out how to do things. Maybe you should be yelling at the teachers who have failed the kids.

I so agree. Whenever someone asks a percise question after 3pm I always think it's a kid who needs help doing their homework. I swear the generation is going to get more dumb thanks to yahoo answers doing their homework.

Lol for reals huh? Damn kids!!! Lol I'm 14 but I never ask for homework help because I do my own work and my teachers give their emails and cell phone numbers to us so it's easier for them to explain the work to us....lol damn by the time I grow up my generation will be dumb, lazy, greedy, and selfish! Well this sucks lol oh and my generation will also be rude....this is sad and ppl don't get mad at me cuz by generation I mean the majority not everyone,...

Yeah.. and one reported me because I responded to him that the section was called "homework help" not "do my homework for me". He wanted a written essay including cited sources.
