what does this statement means to you, "one of the advantages of a diverse state is that it gives people a chance to speak their native tongue". can you help me with some of the examples?

I'm not asking for the written text. No symbols. I just want to know how to pronounce "I love you." in Japanese.

I've taken 4 years of highschool French and I am familiar with the basics of the language, but now I want to speak the language and understand it fluently. I'm an audible learner so I was interested in CD's that I can listen to in the car or at home while doing other activities. I already have 3 books: Cassell's French English Dictionary, Hippocrene Master Series- Mastering French (I just purchased this one), and 501 French Verbs (I just purchased this one as well. It has over 1,100 fully conjugated French verbs which is really helpfull). So now I'm wondering what audio CD's others have used and found successful in learining a foreign language. I've been to Amazon.com but there are so many choices how do I know which one is right for me? I also found several CD roms but I don't want the hassle of having to turn on my computer and put a CD rom in everytime I study. It's too much of a chore! (Besides my speakers don't work!) lol. Any suggestions?

Well it has come under discussion that my Community Motto may be incorrect.
Latin:
Ave, Imperator, morituri te salutamus
English:
Hail, Caesar; we who are about to die salute you

Our Motto is "Morituri Te Salutamus" but, I believe I may have to change it to "Morituri Te Salutami" so it will be in present tense. Would this be the correct translation?

I am writing a letter to my sweetheart in the DR and need help translating. Online sites are too literal and I want him to be able to read it. I would appreciate any help. Here it is:

Hello sweetheart,

I hope all is well with you and that you are not working to hard. I miss you very much and can’t wait to come back and see you. If everything works out, I will be back in July for a week. I will be traveling alone to Puerto Plata. I just need your help to figure out where to stay. Will you be able to take time off when I come? I hope that after my visit, that we can find a way to get you to visit me here in America.

I hope you like the pictures. I miss you and think about you all the time. I look forward to our phone conversations. Write back if you can,

Love,

I know people get mad when someone asks them to go their work for them, but I already attempted to conjugate these sentences and I know they're all wrong. If anyone fluent in spanish that can do this in 5-10 minutes can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. This is the last grade of the 9 weeks so it is crucial.

1.) Hermanito took a shower and then dried himself with a towel.
2.) Our friends used to collect stamps in their free time.
3.) Next week we're going to get together with friends.
4.) Its not fair. I'm not interested in studying Spanish.
5.) Carlos began to fix cars at age 16.
6.) How long has Manuel been skateboarding?
7.) As a child I would always play the piano every day.
8.) Whose turn is it to make the bed? It's Lola's turn.
9.) Mama needs to sweep the dining room floor.
10.) My sister has been using the computer for 3 months.

Also, if there is a direct object, write the phrase with a pronoun of the direct object plz.
