"already seen" is the translation from french - 12 years of french, believe me :))
it is a feeling, when you do something, or see something, or talk to somebody, a feeling that it is not the first time you have done whatever it is you are doing.

Deja Vu means Already seen. Deja=Already, Vu=past participle of the verb voir, to see.

Deja vu means like you have some kind of flash back or a feeling that "I've been through this before".
I think it would be freely translated as "already seen", but I can't be sure.

deja vu mean you have flashback like a picture that you already again, but when you walk in wood, right? well you start walk then you keep see the same road and tree, that not what it mean be like camera that keep doing it over numerous times. same with the picture. if you see something you would like "Whoa, deja vu!"

I can't really explain it but it's kind of a feeling you get. Like when you feel you've already done that/this or like "I've been here before but it's the first time I come to this place." Hope that helps.
