"Lo se" ( Yo lo se) is fine..
"Saber" is the infinitive of " to know".

depends on what the context is - "lo sé" or "ya lo sé" is just plain old "Yeah I know", conocer is used for people eg "Conoces Juan?"

Whole verb is sé, sabes, sabe, sabemos, sabéis, saben.
