It looks like a Z4. The pics are too blurry. If its kanja (japanese writting) it is too blurry to make out. Sorry.

The pictures are too out of focus to be sure, but it could be Japanese katakana. Maybe ããã¢. Please respost a clearer picture and e-mail me. If it is Japanese (even Chinese characters), I'll be able to tell you exactly what it means.
