These are not Turkish names; the nearest I can think of would be Lâzoğlu and Fazoğlu.

Lâzoğlu - would mean son of a Lâz - Lâz being a generic nickname given to someone who comes from Trabson, in Turkey (similar to Taffy to someone from Wales, Jock to someone from Scotland, etc)

I have no idea what, if anything, Faz is, although the oğlu ending means "son".
