My friend has a website called Letslearnenglish.co.uk. On it, there are tests to get your level, vocabulary exercises, short videos, grammar exercises, the opportunity to communicate with the 'grammar doctor' - word of the day, joke of the week, readings etc. Everything is graded for different levels of learners. There is a fee though, but you should check it out and have a look.

The TV and an english book are probably your best bet. The info is always there and you can use diifferent english tests online. Just type in grammar test, vocabulary, and so on. You will probably need to use more than one site and see what they have to offer. You could also sign up for and english class at a school or take the class online.
