I recently found a great place....DICTIONARY.COM it does alot of different languages. I like it alot. I do english to chinese now. I have sent things to my freinds in china and they said it comes across correct and nice...try it...i type in my sentences in english, hit translate, then copy the chinese and paste it onto my emails or my instant messages!

Hi,
i was wondering if anyone out here would be interested in teaching me to read, write and speak Italian, Spanish and French and maybe if theirs time i would like to learn Chinese and Russian. I am striving to be an interpreter, and it just would cost far too much money to go to school for all of this.
I could be your pen pal or you email buddy i could even be you MSN friend.
Let Me Know!!!

Say when you have two words in order and one of the word ends in the sound "s" while the other one starts with the sound "s", do you pronounce the "s" twice or just once.

eg. mike loveS Sisters

When I try to pronounce both "s"s, i get tongue tied and have to slow down to make each "s" sound distinctive. Does this happen to you too?

The word I'm looking for is childish, the Japanese word I want is Osanai. But I can't find it anywhere as my net surfing has been a bit off lately. Katakana is fine, though I really don't care as long as it's Osanai. I'd appreciate it if anyone knows a good site to find symbols. Also, I'm being picky, but if someone has already posted the site you were going to post, please don't repost. That just takes up space and gets my hopes up thinking I will have a lot of sites to choose from. It just irratates me when I see the SAME answers on a question over and over and over again. Anyway, thank you all in advance.

“Realism, believing as it does in the objectivity of the laws of politics, must also believe in the possibility of developing a rational theory that reflects, however, imperfectly and one-sidedly, these objective laws.”

In this sentence , what does "“Realism, believing as it does in the objectivity of the laws of politics," mean?
