que en inglés no puedo decirte porque simplemente no se

Sabes realmente en este momento doy la mitad de lo que tengo

por estar contigo y te estoy hablando en serio

Quiero que sepas que ya tengo mi pasaporte en la mano

y Davis me esta asesorando para tramitar la visa

y conversé con ELS y me dio una dirección que mañana te la comunico

para que me averigues con ellos si pueden enviarme documentos

para hacer el trámite de forma académica.

Hi, I am reading a Sherlock Holms novel written by Doyle and Carr, and I have some questions.
1.A lady says: "Why do you think that a McRea of McRea would condescend to use such a cognomen as Cabpleasure, open as it is to comment from a primitive sense of humour?" Does it mean that Cabpleasure is an unworthy name for her?
2."Such airs as Mrs. Cabpleasure's (she is haughty and prides herself on having noble
ancesters) become a trifle ridiculous when worn at second-hand." What does "worn at second-hand" mean?
3 A milkman is being searched by the Scotland Yard detective rudely. And he cries out:" he ain't fit to be loose. He's off his blooming chump!" Does "he ain't fit to be loose" mean he is mad too?
4. What is a "female searcher"? Are they woman police?
