In a state, city that doesn't have too much in migrants that speak your same language, cuz then you'll be speaking in your own language all the time, for example if you are Hispanic don't go to Miami, go to Main or something like that, but most of all choose a good school that will teach you good grammar.

UK English: I would go to London.
US English: I would go to Topeka Kansas or Sacramento California. They are medium sized towns in regions with almost no accents.

You will probably learn more English abroad now, because they are everywhere!!!!!!!
It depends, because of all the different accents, it may make it even more difficult for you
