It's a vulgar way of saying "it wasn't me"

Very bad English! Technically, it should say, "it is not I" to be grammatically correct. Unfortunately, proper English grammar is in decline - the use of ain't, the use of object pronouns (me, him, her, them, us) instead of subject pronouns (I, he, she, they, we) after linking verbs (am, is, are, was, were), the use of the indicative mood instead of the subjunctive in conditional clauses (If I were {not was} rich, then I would be happy) - all of these errors are committed on a daily basis by native English speakers. So I can understand why it would be difficult for you, trying to learn the language!

Hello, I am French. "ït ain't me" is not very good to say.
It means: "ït is not me" like a child would say " I did not do it",
in French: "C'est pas moi! (qui a fait ça.)
Salut. Bona Sera.

Ain't

is slang for "I am not"

I guess you can use it to seem like a native speaker, but to be professional don't use it!

arrivederciii... =)

I love Italian, its a wonderful language!
I happen to be from the south in the US where "It aint me" would be said.
It simply means "It was not me"

It is bad English for "it is not me." Usually people who use this phrase are uneducated or think they are being cool (and they are not).
