The more common terms for this are Japanglish and Engrish. Typically Japanglish/Engrish/Janglish is used to describe Japanese people's poor English abilities. I've never heard someone call bad Japanese grammar by this term. It's just like "Spanglish". It's making fun of people who just don't get English quite right (or people who mix English and Japanese when they only know a word in one language) I think it's kind of mean.

What about it? It's stupid for a country to come up with brand new words for something that's foreign. It's not like "sushi" is an English version of something Japanese, after all. I think it's just fine.
