On peut jouer au tennis et on peut faire de la natation (if you repeat the "peut" you also have to repeat the "on")

"One can"/"You can" works the same in both languages.

"You can play tennis (one thing) and go swimming (second thing)".

You don't need to repeat the verb relating to 'one'/'you'. [If you did, you'd prob need to repeat 'on', as well, je crois.]
