I see it all the time? What does it mean and how are you supposed to say it?

Variant spelling of Owning, meaning "Being made to look foolish". Usually a snapshot is taken of a person in a compromising position. The photograph will be labeled "PWNED!" to indicate the person has been caught in a humbling position and it could be by the simple fact that he/she is now being exposed in that position via the internet.

It means you just got humilited..

though it's hardly used in the sense of the word.. it usualy means victory, success, or just someone being an idiot..

Officialy it refers (when spelt right ) to a move in chess when a pawn takes a larger piece

PWNing is great.
you can do it while playing Halo, do it while schooling someone in basketball.

its disgracing the other person.... making them look foolish.
