Looks like scrambled Romanian to me, something like "good... good darling, you don't want to [vorbetsi????] it with me" I can't find out "vorbetsi", sorry

Not sure what it means but it does sound french in origin, could be Spanish they both sound similar. Sorry can`t be more helpful..
