...that are appropriate between two female friends?

I have a Serbian friend that I would like to greet affectionately. I don't really know whether it's part of Serbian culture for women who care about each other to call each other by terms of endearment, but if so, please tell me some that would be appropriate.

I know that this :) is universally accepted as a smile. But what if you want to offer a hug? If there isn't one established yet then maybe we can create one here & now.

Having reviewed the second-year workplan, we approve this workplan WITH SOME NOTES:

1.This workplan will be very useful if the target to be achieved in this second year’s activity is mentioned so that at the end of the second year implementation we will be able to compare between the expected target and the achieved result.

2.We also find difference between narrative workplan and the table of activity plan. In the narrative it is mentioned that roundtable on business environment will be established in 6 provinces while it is only 4 provinces in table of activities. PLEASE THIS DIFFERENCE BE REVISED.

The approval for this workplan will be applied retroactively for the activities that have been approved between May and October 2006.

Please send changes and adjustment of this second year’s workplan in no more than 2 weeks.

I am waiting for your response in relation to this issue and thank you for your cooperation and attention.

Every since I was born I have been speaking French at Home and english at school. How is it possilb to have 2 languages going in your head at such a young age. And for some reason we dont get mixed up with the languages either. My parents tell me that when I was little I did lots of mistakes and bad pronunciation but it is better. How does the mind do it? Even fot the mexicans who speak spanish and the asians and other people like me?

I wanted to take Modern Standard Arabic ( I can read and write arabic fluently but do understand it, speech wise I can speak colloquial) . My boss wants me to get a certificate for this because she is paying and we need Standard because we are dealing with Arabic news

Does anyone knows an online Arabic programme that gives out Diploma in Arabic or Cert ONLINE? or distant learning?

I am a first-year University student and taking intermediate French this year as an extra module. One of my goals is to be able to speak fluent french & also to retain a full french certificate of competence by the time I graduate. I was wondering if there are any fluent French speakers out there who are willing to help me improve my French through MSN messenger. If you wish to be more discreet with your contact details etc you can always send me a private message.

Merci beaucoup! ;)
