In Arabic, you would write your name from right to left. But I can't show it to you in an English style font. It would sound the same though. The link Latrice gave you is correct. That version would be pronounced Lou Ees (long E sound). You could also write it with a hamza (diacritical mark) to get an "Lou is" pronunciation.
