Hi,

I wanted to take Modern Standard Arabic ( I can read and write arabic fluently but do understand it, speech wise I can speak colloquial) . My boss wants me to get a certificate for this because she is paying and we need Standard because we are dealing with Arabic news

Does anyone knows an online Arabic programme that gives out Diploma in Arabic or Cert ONLINE? or distant learning?

Its a shame Open university of UK do not have it

MSA= modern standard arabic
Fusha= arabic used in the Qur'an.

Have you searched any online colleges and such yet? Dunno quite how much it will help, but Fastweb.com is a wonderful college tool in general, just specify that you want online colleges and most likely one strong in languages.
