...that are appropriate between two female friends?

I have a Serbian friend that I would like to greet affectionately. I don't really know whether it's part of Serbian culture for women who care about each other to call each other by terms of endearment, but if so, please tell me some that would be appropriate.

Examples of terms of endearment in English are words like "dear", "sweetheart", and "honey".

dušo- dear -> "du-sho"

or you could take the -a off the end of the name and add "-ica"
Like: Ana -> Anica..

where "ica" is pronounced like "ee-tsa"
