when you are asked to sign or affix your signature what do you and how do you feel and what do you do ? Even teh prounciation for sign the letter 'g' is silent and in signature ' it sounds. Funny in english language.

I know that not everyone does this but this must have been the way I was taught at school. To me, titles always seem wrong when that aren't written this way:

E.g. "This is the Title of My Latest Question"

So, why are 'is', 'the' and 'of' not capitalised?

Anyone have any ideas?
