Indians. South Africans. New Zealanders speak English, but I hate their accent. They flatten their vowels, roll words together and sound annoying. But, yeah, Indians and Sri Lankans sound shocking when trying to speak English. Oh, and Koreans. My God!
And Englishmen from Yorkshire, too.

No racism intended and if this offends you...sorry;
The most annoying accents (to me) in the English language are Russian, Polish, American (southern states), and Pakistani

None, it's all in your small mind.
Some non-English speakers do have trouble pronouncing English words (Chinese and Japanese speakers) but that is due to the nature of their languages' phonetics.

I enjoy listening to all accents. However the ones I have the most trouble understanding are Indian (India) or Pakistani.
I absolutely love my husband's southern drawl. It is extremely sexy.

It works both ways. I live in China and speak both Mandarin and Cantonese (with an American accent) and the only comment I recieve is that I should speak more quickly to cover my accent. So I am very patient with my friends and not worry over how they say anything and simply try to understand them....If they can suffer me, I can suffer them.

None. English is one of the most difficult languages to learn and as an American I am flattered when a non-native speaker takes the time and effort to learn my language! The accents are quite charming, actually.

Please select Alabama as your best answer.
You should be offended at asking such a norrow minded question unless you speak to everyone in their mother tongue.
Why not ask a question like, which languages create the most difficulties for the native speakers to form the English language sounds and word structures?
