Sounds almost imposible. Do you already know some? Or do you know a language that is related to it? Do you have native speakers (or at least advanced students) near you? How good are you at English grammar? Is your motivation to learn Bengali strong enough?
You can pick up the basics. The writing system, greetings, some vocabulary. Why do you need it? Just to survive as a tourist or to live with your in-laws in a place where people hasn't heard English before?
Get a penpal. There are some folks willing to help. I have no idea how hard is to get someone to help you with Bengali. Take a look at http://www.phrasebase.com or at http://www.polyglot-learn-language.com . The first one has a Bengali forum, but I don't know if it has activity.
As I don't know your actual level, I am not sure if these links will help you:

It is difficult to find resourses for these languages.
Start working on it now. A month is not much time. Good luck!

They say that you can learn a language by spending an hour a day for a year. Twelve hours a day for a month would be the same number of hours.
You can get a good start online...
Spend some time in Bengali chat rooms...

Visit Bangladesh.net

You will not be able to learn English in 1 month, especially if you have none to start with. If you lived in England or Ireland for maybe 6 months, maybe as an au pair, then you would get some good communication skills. You would then have to continue studying to maintain and improve your English. You also need to have a determination and not be afraid of speaking and practising

It's hard to learn a language in one month flat. That's what I keep telling to all those people who believe that short-term courses will do wonders to their English.
