hmm hard to tell what it's actually supposed to mean, it's not correct French... so my guess is:

brown eyes, you have really amazed me
or as a question: brown eyes, have you really amazed me?
(yeux bruns, vous m'avez vraiment stupéfié)

or perhaps:
brown eyes, you are really amazed by me
or as a question: brown eyes, are you really amazed by me?
(yeux bruns, vous êtes vraiment stupéfiés de moi)

or else
brown eyes, you really amaze me
or as a question: brown eyes, do you really amaze me?
(yeux bruns, vous me stupéfiez vraiment)

In retrospect, due to the relative closeness of the correct French sentence to the original sentence, I'd opt for my last suggestion: "brown eyes, you really amaze me"

Again, S answered before I did! :-) She has the correct answer. The French sentence in your question is not correct, so it's hard to give a correct translation of it.
