Portuguese (Brazil), Guarani (an indigenous language, in Paraguay), and recently in Bolivia and Peru, quechua and Aymara (also indigenous languages). Many other indigenous languages are spoken, but not as official ones.

The only OFFICIAL one I am aware of is Guaranà en el Paraguay.
Maybe Quechua in Bolivia or Perú, but I am only guessing.
Of course if you include Spain, there are several: Catalán, Euskadi (Bask/Vasco) and a few others.
