I want to translate the phrase "not a victim" into konkani script as a present for my step father who is dying of bowel cancer. If anyone can help i would really appreciate it.

Type "Konkani English translation" into a search engine and there are some leads - you may have to pay a fee but for three words it shouldn't be much!

Or you could ask a different question, such as,"Is there a Konkani speaker in (your area) who is willing to contact me (make sure you are contactable) for ... (the purpose) and meet him (her) - he could write it down for you.
