Who notices mis spelled words?

The dictionary says it should be three syllables as grow-sir-ease, but I pronounce it as two syllables grow-shrease. Do I need to get a better dictionary or do I have an accent?

I have spanish as my first languaje, but i have taken english classes almost all my life.
Despite i haven't really had the oportunity to practice in the real life, i try to practice my reading, my written and listening trougth the tv series and movies.
This game have helped me a lot, since i try to ask and answer as much as i can in my free time, and that have helped me to improve my vocabulary.
Anyway, what i want is to ask you to read some of my old questions and answers, and maybe you can rate my english, could you?

Hola Jennifer, como estan? Dios quiera que bien, te comento que recien hoy las pude ver las fotos de Gabriela y tuya que me envió Diego ,porque las puso con mucha resolución y no descargó nunca, tuve que ir donde mi hermano Claudio para que las reduzca de tamaño y así poder verlas, bueno lo importante es que ya las imprimi y las tengo, estan bellas y a la gordita Gabriela se le notan sus pestañas largas, y esos rollos de las piernas y brazos, ,jajaja..... está hermosa, me le das muchos besos de mi parte,ok. Hoy me llamó Diego para avisarme que la vacunaron y me la inyectaron que me la hicieron llorar,pobre mi gordita, seguramente hoy y mañana estará molesta por la vacuna, siempre se ponen así, incluso les da un poco de fiebre,eso es normal,pero hay que darle el taylenol o lo que indique el médico.Contame si Gabriela ya duerme mejor por las noches, si se acostumbró a la guardería.
Te cuento que el sabado y domingo fuimos con Mario de pesca nos fue bien él sacó 4 pescados grandes y son muy ricos, claro que yo no subí a la canoa todavia le tengo mucho miedo,pero ya se me pasará.

I always forget the right word. I guess there are a few different ways to say it but they have different connotations, some of which are negative. I'm just looking for "Nervous about the first day of school" kind of nervous.
My friend told me before and I remember that it wasn't in my dictionary - I think it's "-something- suru"???
