What does Te extraqoniqa mean? I might have it misspelled, but if you know please help me!

Te extrañaba, maybe? Te extraño means I miss you, te extrañaba is the past tense.

As they've already said, it seems the second word is one of the inflected forms of the verb extrañar, which means "to miss". the first word is the direct object of the sentence, second person singular informal.
so.. you have, in English...
[someone] + [a form of verb to miss] + you
I can't detrmine the the parts in brackets as you misspelled it.
