The meaning of this "of" is not clear (it's not Serbo-Croatian word), but the rest goes something like this:
"I'll perhaps play with you, lol, but I had played football in my country, and I've been playing American football for some time now; I would like to play 'our' football [Europian soccer, I think] again one day."
Well, I'm Serb, living in Belgrade, and this is what I think this person meant. I hope I've been of some help. :))
