In my family Santa brings 1 package for each child unwrapped by the tree Christmas Eve. All the other presents are marked who they're from. Santas in the stores are helpers. The real Santa is never seen in public and Mrs. Santa is her husbands biggest supporter and back bone.

Every year I put up all white Christmas lights. This year while I was putting up my lights a neighbor complained because I was not using colored lights. She said that I wasn't being sensitive to the plight of the colored lights and I was repressing them. By using all white lights I was not being "hue diverse". I'm an atheist, but when I was telling my friends about what I was doing for Christmas, she turned around and said all snottily, "Atheists SHOULDN'T celebrate Christmas!"

Do you think that's true?

Here in Spain, the children at school have to take a toy in that they don't use any more, it has to be in good condition, then the schools give them to people on low income that carn't afford xmas so that all the school kids get a least one toy for xmas. I think thats what real Charity is looking after your own, with lille or no expense spared:)
