who of us lovely people are due to work over christmas period, and if so what do you do?
i am sales assistant in local newsagents and am working christmas eve, christmas day (though i offered as my daughter's with her daddy anyway) and i think i have to work new year too.

Christmas is my favorite time of the year. I would one day love to have a white Christmas. Christmas mean to mean Friends and family around. Kids especially open there present so excited. Seeing Santa, Christmas carols. Going to church & thank God for the thing that I have, other people don't. I just love this time of year, seeing house in all there lights and decoration. So What does Christmas mean to you?

for me it's special because we are celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ. the family, and sometimes friends, get together to eat supper together. reminisce on the good ol' days, whether they be years and years ago (the older family members) or only a couple of years ago (me and the other people around my age). plus you get to see people in your family that you only get to see once in a while because they live far away.
