Holidays - October 2006

to tell a ghost story and have someone jump out into the room. I want to give the kids a scary thrill, but not nightmares. We are going to pass around monster "body parts" and decorate Mexican sugar skulls, but I wanted to do something a little scary too.

Or, how do I keep it from going bad once I carve it? I'm a busy person, but every year I LOVE elaborately and artistically creating designs in my pumpkins (kids LOVE the artwork) I need to know how soon I can carve them and they still be ok to display on Halloween. Thanks :)

Her costume's really adorable (and a sexy as well). Since we're hosting a party, we should probably dress as a couple. I just don't know what goes well with a witch.
I'd much rather go for the cute/funny type of costume than something dark and evil.
We're in our mid-20s, if that makes a difference.
