I understand these places do all the prep work, peeling, dicing, chopping, and the food is placed in large containers, and a receipe for a main course hung up, along with a desert receipe. And you measure the ingrediets for the main course, say three main courses, and mix and put them into plastic containers and then wrap them up, seal, tape and label them and then take them home and put them in your freezer, to be taken out later and eaten. I understand you can do as many as you wish.
If any of you have done this, were the meals good, well thought out, expensive. Would you do it again?
