Or to My Girl Friends Kitchen? I understand these places do all the prep work, peeling, dicing, chopping, and the food is placed in large containers, and a receipe for a main course hung up, along with a desert receipe. And you measure the ingrediets for the main course, say three main courses, and mix and put them into plastic containers and then wrap them up, seal, tape and label them and then take them home and put them in your freezer, to be taken out later and eaten. I understand you can do as many as you wish.
If any of you have done this, were the meals good, well thought out, expensive. Would you do it again?

Lots of women cook in quanity, like fix it and freeze it. These prep places allow you to make many meals all at once and freeze them so you can spend time with your family, instead of in the kitchen. I will cook all this month, so I can spend the week of Christmas with my son and daughter, and daughter in law, and Grandson. Time with family is precious, and I hate to spend it over a kitchen sink, or stove. Want to be in the thick of things, where people laugh and we all talk about things past.

i went to a version of that they have here. to be completely honest, the recipes aren't that delicious and you'd probably be better off using the money to go out to eat because its about the same price and even more convenient. a lot of the recipes have like baked meats which i'm not a fan of, bland. and they overuse marinades which weren't even good.

I haven't tried them, but I looked up 'Supper Solutions' and found that their site contains some of the information you were asking for, including the cost. There is also a FAQ section you can go to that's very informative.

I often cook and freeze food for later as you do. For Thanksgiving we go out and eat, we too would rather spend the time with family doing things we enjoy than cooking and cleaning up all day.

That would be wonderful. Wish they had something like that around here, I love prep work and to do it all at once and have only 1 mess to clean up would be heaven. And it sounds like it would free up a lot of time every month.

This sounds unusual and wonderful. Wish we had something like that around here.
