Why are you so happy all the time? It gives me a chance to share my faith, and explain why I am still calm when calamity reigns.

"How do you feel about ...... " when they really are seeking advice. I am the last person I would ask for advice, for I consider myself to be very mediocre as a success in life. I am happy, but I have not succeeding in amassing money. I am happy in life, for I have succeeded in gaining friendship, which I value more than money. We each judge our success by what is important to us, I suppose, and a great amount of money is not important to me. I have had a great amount of money, and it brought only arrogance on my part...no thanks. I do not like me being arrogant ! I am best when I have to dream and scheme on how to get where I want to go, do without to get what I want. At this point in life, I have had just about everything I want, now I want only to be loved and love in return. hoaky and stupid, isn't it? But that is where I come from now. If I have extra money, I share it with those I love or those who need it when I can. Peace and love , Phil

About my garden and the decor in my yard. Much of the decor comes from the tools and "stuff" that my great grandfather used on his farm back in the 1900's. The garden is much of the usual tomatoes, potatoes, onions, squash, herbs and flowers, but I do like to add something unique each year. Don't even get me started..... I could go on forever!

"How are you doing?" I have a right side paralyzed husband who can't talk and 99% of the time people will ask, "How is Don doing?" After 7 1/2 years of this you tend to feel invisible and just wish someone would add, "And how are you doing?"

How old are you?! Because they don't believe I'm as old as I really am. Strangers think my daughter and I are sisters! She's 27 and I'm 47. Now I'm so glad I didn't fry my skin to a crisp sunbathing when I was a teen like everyone else I knew did!

When someone ask about my children I "sit up and pay attention." Reason: I delight in their successes and suffer from their pain and regardless I enjoy the share.
Wick-will you ask what I hate for people to ask me?

2.)What would be a greater test of your character: facing extreme adversity or being given a tremendous amount of power ?
3.)For what reasons-big or small-would people miss you if you died ?
4.)If you were to die today, could you die at peace with yourself and the life you've lived?

I like when people ask me 'What do you think I should do?'
It's nice when people feel I can help them out.
