Many of you that have Myspace or Facebook accounts have seen the bulletins go up about how if a black man marches for pride in his color, he is brave. But if a white man was to do that, he would be a racist.
I would like to find out from the community if you believe it is possible for white people to be able to take pride in their color without being called racist.
Now, I'm an Austrian. We didn't have African slaves. In fact, over in Austria we don't have much of any racism or prejudice at all. We're all pretty much settled on the fact that people are people and we should all let them do whatever.
Yes, we had the Holocaust and all, but really even the Jewish peoples understand that that is over with and bygones are bygones, and the actions of a few powerful and oppressive men doesn't portray the rest of their kind.
So I say, just because there were white people out there that had slaves, why are all white people being punished for it?
This isn't a hate speech, it's food for thought
