Don't get me wrong I not some crazy freaking idiot. I see videos everyday of how military people in Iraq beat up people even children for kicks, they kill animals, like goats, sheep, cats and dogs for fun when they are bored there. They have no accountabilty for any of their actions. Then there is the whole thinking for yourself thing, which they don't. I mean people really thinks it's a good thing to be in iraq. And then when most come home they act like a bunch of cocky brainwashed jerks, anyone else feel this way or am I going crazy. and I'm suppose to bow down to these people. some maybe, most not.

this is my country right or wrong. may not always like what is being done by those in power but I will defend my country, the military, the police, firefighters, etc. with everything I have. as far as I am concerned anyone who has, is or ever will place their lives on the line to protect and defend the USA way of life deserves my respect & support. remembering that all gave some and some gave all for the USA.
had better stop writing now before you get an earful that you would not appreciate.

it does start to seem after a while that people just start supporting the troops because they have a brother or a cousin or some long lost friend that decided to join the military a while back and ended up getting sent to iraq. when asked why these people go in the first place is usually answered with some god awful reasoning that they somehow explain away as doing their duty for the country or trying to do what is right. In the end the blind following of anything... religion, family, school, authority... government, is not thinking for yourself and people will always have their reasons for supporting things that dont make any sense.
