I try to respect all people regarless of race, but sometimes it is hard because of things they do. I know that just because one or a few people do something does not mean that all do it.

At the same time, it seems like 90% of them are a certain way. I don't want to specify which race, but they ride their bikes out in front of cars and then get mad when you honk at them, they do not speak proper English, they are often lazy, and use their race as an excuse for everything.

My question is what can I do to not be racist even though every time I see or hear about someone of this race they are being completely obnoxious, rude, and moronic?

They, like everyone else, will have to answer the Almighty for their actions. It does seem odd they'd want to disparage themselves (and their culture) by misbehaving...don't take it too much to heart, just live as to show a good example.

it is hard but i beleve that it is not just one race but society in general has no consern for anyone else. America has really gotten selfish it is about me me me. You could be driving your car and i have seen Asian, Mexican and Caucasions just step off of the curb and walk without looking both ways. they do it as if it is thier right to just walk infront of a car and the driver is going to stop for me. God forbid you hit them then before they get to the hospital an over zellus attorney is calling you with a lawsuit. people do not care for others if a dude falls to the ground people will walk around them now insted of assisting them. again afraid of any legal action that could result. Shopping carts in the I have to constantly stop cause somone is barreling down the asle at full speed. and you practicly have to jump out of the way of the power chairs for the handicapped. i have the right because i am handicapped.

its a sad world
dog eat dog and survival of the fitest
who cares about your neighbor (if you even have met them)

Sounds like ghetto behavior to me. And ghetto behavior is reflective of people in a certain economic class and usually below standard education. This has nothing to do with race but the very limited exposure you are having to people of a certain race.

Imagine I go to a soccer game in England and I see white men brawling in the street, hitting each other with bottles, using the worst language imaginable, making sexist remarks, vomiting and spitting and urinating in public.....and if this my major exposure to white men. Well if I was an idiot I could conclude that this behavior is what defines white males. That would be just dumb.

It's easy. Stop thinking about a persons race so much, just consider the person themselves- by their actions- not the color of the skin they are wrapped in.

oh yeah i know what you mean. i know who you're talking about. They also like to use word "like" in every sentence they say and they're always playing music in their garage (damn guitar and drums!) late at night.....I guess they don't understand that people have to work in the morning. I even saw a few of them trying to pick up little girls in my neighborhood asking them if they'd seen their puppy.

Don't know what to tell you.
