It seems like everyplace you look, on TV, movies, books, etc., the French are portrayed as being very rude and antisocial to people who aren't from there or speak their language. Is this true?

I know I'm talking about a stereotype and this is a horrible way to judge individuals. For the record, I would never use a stereotype to label someone I have met, I just wanna know if there is any truth to it, and if so how much

For the record, I am an American who has never been to Europe, but wants to real badly.

Whenever you hear about the KKK or other similar racist organizations, you hear very little about any of their members attending college or doing much past high school. They feel they have the right to attack every person of another race, uneducated, educated, accomplished, poor, hardworking, lazy, it doesn't matter, yet they seem to rarely have be educated themselves.

I'm not saying their past was good, I know they have suffered a lot in the past. But right now Native Americans seem to have the most perks in America. They get money from the goverment, they also have a good amount of their college paid for. It must be good being a Native American right now. To bad countries like Japan can't pay their debt to the countries that they killed and raped, at least America is paying their debt. Even if that debt won't fully heal the wound, it at least helps it, and its sad Japan won't even consider that.

Assume that you believe in evolution, if the first humans evolved from apes, wouldn't they have been white.
Afterall, although apes have brown or black fur, the skin is generally white underneath the fur. So when those proto-human apes shed their fur, wouldn't they have been white initially?

Can I sue my employer for discrimination? I got fired because my employer said customers have been complaining about my long blonde hair. But he never gave me the choice to cut off some of it. I was never told of complaints until now, and also there is a white man who works for him who has long blonde hair but was not terminated. Do you think I have a case?

Some words I just hate. Hubby is one of them. Hate "veggies"; its all 'cutsie.' And 'stompin' ground' its like: hey, im just like an ape stomping out my territory, and i know it. and its cute! NO! it is not. And the phrase "Not for nothin'." HATE IT!!!!!

I have been reading alot of answers tonight on Yahoo, and people are just so ignorant.....I'm sure those of you who are answering know who I'm talking about.....Every race is just fighting so hard to be the superior race....Get over yourselves! Don't use already existing ones... and as for how cheesy they are? The sky's the limit. It can be names for pop punk girl groups, typical pop girl groups, r&b, hiphop, country, christian... whatever! Post as many as you'd like... I need a lot. (Think mainstream girl groups headed for pop superstardom.) Thanks much!

Many people are not taking responsibility for their own lives and spend their whole time complaining about their misfortunes and blaming others for it. This is America people... You make your life what it is.. Nobody else does.

I walked in a diner in DC called Ben Chili Bowl and this weird woman kept on following me and she had kept of touching at me and staring at me. She was so weird. I tired to tell her to leave me alone but it seems liek she was deaf and she couldn't talk. It was so creepy. The people who work in the dinner said that that lady is always coming in here and following people. She even came into the kitchen and started to cook one day.

I see people saying its racist that blacks have a black history month or that they have BET or that they are now getting better jobs first. My thought is white people have every other channel and then they complain because we get 1 channel for ourself plus they have CMT county music tv. Blacks have one month the whites have 11 months. Whites get mad because blacks get picked first now, but what about the 400 years of slavery?? Should blacks get something for all that work??? i mean look who invented air conditioners a black man and how many white people use it in there car and at home every day, thats just to prove that if your a racist you use something a black man made and you need a black person to help you. And why do whites so go back to where you cam when there not from here so should they go back to England???
