Its not just America honey.
I to believe that we have control over most things that happen in life.
If you want something then you have to go and get it.

Well, I have been known to complain about how I was born into a society that does everything short of forcing me to join their destruction of the planet. (Just look over in Iraq war for oil) I have never owned a car and will never own a car. That makes a me a sort of "outcast" because I cannot "keep up" with what my peers are doing. I am a true Green Party member because I live life according to their take on it. But continuing the complaining and reasoning for my actions will get me nowhere. I need to make this day enjoyable and live it to the best of my ability, it could be my last.

I wonder how true that really is. For most people I would agree that its true. But what does that say about the lazy person on welfare who wins the lottery? does that make that person all of a sudden a good person? and what about the store owner who puts their whole life into their store only to have it burned down in the LA Riots or Hurrican Katrina with an insurance company that won't honor their premiums. These are real life situations. go to New Orleans and talk to the people if you don't believe me. Lets face it. life happens. that doesn't mean life is over. but life happens.

Yes that is right. I totally agree. The same goes for abused victims. It happens every day but people have to find a way to be strong, grow wiser from that and move forward. It's eaiser to drink your life away to forget the pain or to do some smack , or to point fingers at people and say they are owed for something and feel bad about themselves, but what it all boils down to is that all the people who are upset about the past and unable to move beyond that don't hurt anyone more than they hurt themselves.

Lol common do you think poor people like being poor? If they could make their life what it could be won't they?" Some people are screwed from birth. This isn't preaching this is point of view. Your not opened minded to whats happening in the world. Everybody react to what happens to them. How they reacted chnages everything. Example a poor boy who has no family. Can he make one of no one gives him a try? Can a diamond shine without a light? PEOPLE GOTTA START LEARNING TO CARE FOR OTHERS! Yea blame him for what he did, but continue doing what you do. History repeats itself, so grow up and help others the way. And stop looking at flaws! A44hole

So I guess it's my fault that my boss threatened to fire me when I asked for a raise after two and a half years on the job.
