I walked in a diner in DC called Ben Chili Bowl and this weird woman kept on following me and she had kept of touching at me and staring at me. She was so weird. I tired to tell her to leave me alone but it seems liek she was deaf and she couldn't talk. It was so creepy. The people who work in the dinner said that that lady is always coming in here and following people. She even came into the kitchen and started to cook one day.

I think that she has some sort of mental illness and a disabilty. I really want to help.

sounds as if She might be MR/DD and one should contact the police or a social work care facility for testing.
