i'm half british and i've lived here since i was 8, but before that i lived in thailand, china, australia, switzerland, spain, and a few more and i can't stand britain. the only reason i'm still here is to finish the education i started (applying for uni this summer). if i could move tomorrow, i would. there are a host of reasons for my beliefs...
the weather
the food
the people (some of them at least)
public transport
british music
the hedonistic binge drinking and pot smoking that goes on at a young age (losing some of my friends to it)
the government
how its more expensive than other countries

and a few more which I won't say because it will probably offend people. the things above have probably already offended some people.

its jealousy ,because they keep ondissing britain,it burns up their guts with rage because deep down they know they have no chance of ever being like us,they havent got any moral fibre or determination or steadfast resolve like us,because it simply does not exist in their genes,so their entire pitiful weak treacherous mean life is devoted to throwing mud at the thing that they see in their unreal and unclean minds as the cause of their patheticness,they are reminded of what they are day in day out just by britain being there on the map

Well, we tend to grumble at our condition of life anyway. But this has been reinforced, ever since I can remember, by the example set us by politicians of a left wing/radical stripe, who for ideological reasons believe, or pretend they believe, that whatever we do, especially in relation to other nations, is wrong or immoral.

Unfortunately people generally find it easier to moan about something/someone rather than be positive. Also too many people moan but don't do anything to make the situation better.

The Brits had one of the most brutal and oppressive empires of all time, they treated my people as slaves and dogs and are still not fully out of my nation - where THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE.

But, Tiocfaidh Ár Lá!

No idea. If people don't like it, they should do something about it. I personally like it here, it could be an awful lot worse.
