Is it safe to assume there is something wrong with the black culture today? A city in this fine state of Massachusetts was once inhabited by white people of european descent obviously. Such as italians, irish, germans, etc.. throughout its history. Yet now people of african descent moved in and its like a foreign country now!

Is it safe to say theres something wrong?

Liberia is an example of Black Nationalism at its finest. Its a nation created and organized by blacks and ran by blacks (ones of african american ancestry). Why don't the black panthers, Nation of islam, sharpton, etc.. move to Liberia? Isn't Liberia their "utopia"?

The Jews have been persecuted since the beginning of time but I don't really see them whine about being mistreated. Blacks on the other hand always uses the "race card" when they think they are being discriminated against in any kind of way. Also remember native americans- they suffered the most. colonies from europe just started killing them off when they first came to this country. then you got the "trail of tears". native american's history is a dark one. you don't see them complain either. they just do there own thing.

I am what I have tagged myself a "halfamerican" my dad was black and mom mom white. My adopted parents were black. (I am 30 now) Growing up I was never accepted by black kids (all the way through college) to be honest the white kids were more accepting. It was ok for my black friends to call me "Casper" or "Half Bake" or 50/50, but none of the white kids did that. It was fun since my adopted parents did not let "whitey" into the house, only black friends. I just want mixed marriage parents to think about the social issues their kids will face before selfishly breeding to "see what our kid will look like". I live in Los Angeles so it is not like I am speaking from a small town point of view. All of my mixed friends went through the same thing.

Every time I see a fat person it reminds me of "Jabba The Hut" from Star Wars. It's gross. And we have no shortage of fat people in the United States

Please, if there is anyone who is not black, don't answer this question, because your opinion does not count. As a biracial woman (black/white) I always here comments not just about me, but also about other black people that they are not "black" enough. This did not bother me before, but now black people are saying that Barack Obama is not black enough. Now, how black do I have to be or Obama has to be to be accepted as black? Oh and by the way, quit saying that Clinton is the first black president! That is just offensive to black community.

I've been brought up with a completely open mind and I would like to think that I'm also a very sensitive and understanding person. I'm not discriminatory at all but I want to address my unfortunate stereotyping sometimes and want to know if other people like myself feel the same way. I'm honestly suprised when a nice black family acts much like a the nice white families you see on tv. For some reason I always expect all black people to be thugs, thiefs, liars and cheap. My suprise isn't a prejudice suprise it's just people portray black people to only be uncivilized and terrible. If somebody like myself who is consistently nice and non prejudice has these innate feelings based off of cultural stigmatas than I know a lot of people must be feeling the same way. So how can we change our positive suprised reactions to being suprised when a certain group (whether black, hindu, gay, muslim, asian) is negative?
Is it all media and propaganda from the white race

Or are blacks just stupid? It's not like 75% of them are born out of wedlock or they represent 60% of the violent crime, so I wonder about the tests.

I like old black people, they are respectful, well educated and nice to have a conversation, but youngsters are rude, they speak wrong (do not speak correctly) and they dress horrible.

Hello I am in High School and I am really really annnoyed at all the Holocaust stuff we are forced to learn.
and I really think Germany needs to stop with the guilt trip to the german children. Its not heatlhy phychologically to focus on these kinds of things.

In the end, the Holocaust was nothing. Stalin wiped out 30 million people, starved most of them. Then he tried ethnically cleansing the Ukrainians. Right now in Africa, Suda there is an ethnic war going on. And theres tons of other examples across the globe (Chinese government still persecutes tibetans for no reason).

I love jews and support the state of Israel but this Holocaust stuff needs to really end. I love how the ameriacn teachers try to make us feel guilty too, "the USA knew about this and we did nothing to stop it for years!". ROFL, what a lie. People still aren't sure if it happened today, yet somehow americans knew about it when it first began happening?? ROFL.

Are the Japanese decendents from those that migrated from main land Asia (China & Korea)...?? Also, (for us ignorant folks) is the Japanese language similar to any other asian languages? I know their writing appears similar to other asian languages, and their language sound smilar to other asian languages.

Okay, to start this off, I'm not predjudiced at all. I am white, my wife is Filipino, and our son is in between.

My question is ; what is an Asian/white mix called? When my son fills out an application, what does he put for race?

I never really thought about it before, but today Barack Obama declared for presidency as an African American, although he is equally caucasion. I was discussing this with my wife and told her that he (Obama) is neither caucasion or black, but Mulatto. We started arguing and I brought up Tiger Woods. Tiger Woods is just as Asian as Black, yet he is always billed as being African American.

Why?

I asked my wife, if our son was the first man on Mars, would he be Filipino? Or white? She didn't have an answer.


Is there a name for a white/asian mix? Or black/asian mix?

Again, this is not racial at all, I'd honestly like to know where my son lies.

Why do the schools in America teach us to hate the European race in general? Like recently in school a video was going on saying how Arab muslims were so more civilized than the european "pigs" (and yes it did say that word).
Or in the 2nd grade where thy teach you how awful the European whites were for killing native americans (yeah and I guess the native ameriacns lived in peace, maaaan).

Its plain disgusting.

I mean i talked to someone the other day saying Celtic Irish.Scots are Protestants, but then who are the Catholics? i always thought most Prostestants are British descent, anyone explain please.
